Corporate Strategy

Strategy statements are prepared for a period of three years. They are also updated with each new programme for government.

The Department's Strategy Statement 2008–2010 (PDF - 589KB) was prepared in compliance with Section 4 of the Public Services Management Act 1997 and revised guidelines for the preparation of strategy statements. The statement sets out our key goals and objectives for the period. It also provides the basis for formal delegation of responsibility and accountability for the achievement of our objectives.
