Department's Strategy Statement 2011-2013 - Call for Views
The Department of Justice and Law Reform is in the process of preparing a new Statement of Strategy for the period 2011-2013. Our new Strategy Statement will focus primarily on our key commitments in the Renewed Programme for Government and other strategic Government priorities.
As part of the Department's commitment to customer services we are seeking views of our customers regarding any strategic issues that may be of relevance to the content of our new Strategy Statement. Views should be submitted to strategy@justice.ie by 17 September 2010.
Change in Departmental responsibilities and alteration of name of Department and title of Minister
With effect from 1st June 2010, a number of functions of the Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform transferred to the Department of Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs. With effect from 2 June 2010 the name of the Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform and the title of the Minister also changed. Read more...
