Mental Health (Criminal Law) Review Board Annual Report 2008

The 2008 Annual Report of the Mental Health (Criminal Law) Review Board which was established on 27th September 2006, under the Criminal Law (Insanity) Act 2006 (the Act). A total of 150 individual reviews of detention of patients took place, consistent with the Board's legal responsibility to review each patient at intervals of not greater than 6 months.
