Proposal to establish an independent Policing Authority

The Government announced a public consultation on its proposal to establish an independent Policing Authority in May 2014. As part of the public consultation, written submissions were sought on options for the establishment of the Authority, including:

For ease of reference, the submissions from individuals have been included in a composite document entitled 'Individual Submissions'.
