Tánaiste and Minister for Justice and Equality (Deputy Frances Fitzgerald): I wish to inform the Deputy that since 1995, 3 applications from staff of my Department have been refused for injury warrants under the Superannuation Acts; 1 in 2009, 1 in 2012, and 1 in 2016.
