The Tánaiste and Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, Mr. Michael McDowell, T.D., today published inspection reports by the Inspector of Prisons and Places of Detention, Mr. Justice Dermot Kinlen, on Limerick and Wheatfield Prisons.
