The Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, Mr. Michael McDowell T.D., today published an inspection report by the Inspector of Prisons and Places of Detention, Mr. Justice Dermot Kinlen, on Shelton Abbey as well as a revisit inspection report on Loughan House.
