How were key decisions made approved during the course of the Programme?
The Transformation Programme was overseen by the Transformation Programme Board, which ensured that the programme is conducted in accordance with good governance principles.
In addition, it ensured the project was delivered on time, within budget and that the design solutions were appropriate.
The board consisted of eight members and was led by our Secretary General, Aidan O’Driscoll.

During the Programme, the Transformation Management Board oversaw the programme's business decisions and design approval.
The board was led by our Secretary General, Aidan O’Driscoll, Deputy Secretaries, Oonagh Buckley and Oonagh McPhillips, along with all Assistant Secretaries and Directors from across the department.
