Property Registration

The Property Registration Authority is the registering authority for property in Ireland.

The authority was established on 4 November, 2006 under the provisions of the Registration of Deeds and Title Act 2006 and replaced the Registrar of Deeds and Titles as the registering authority. The authority is independent in the performance of its functions.
