To apply to import the following:

• marine pyrotechnics, for example, distress smoke, flares
• pyro-breakers, industrial pyrotechnics and so on
• deemed substances which are treated as explosives for control purposes, for example, ammonium nitrate, sodium chlorate, potassium nitrate, sodium nitrate and nitrobenzene
• pyrotechnic articles for vehicles, e.g. airbags, seatbelt pre-tensioners etc
