Register to attend the Seminar on Constitutional Reform
In July 2012, the Government approved, in principle, the holding of a referendum on the establishment of a new Family Court structure. The Minister for Justice and Equality, Alan Shatter, T.D. is hosting a consultative seminar to discuss the manner in which a Family Court structure might be established in the Constitution, and how this would operate in practice.
Speakers include: Ms. Justice Judith Ryan, Family Court of Australia; Mr. Gerard Durcan, SC; Ms Muriel Walls, Chairperson Legal Aid Board and family law practitioner.
Members of the Judiciary, practitioners and those with an interest in Family Law are invited to attend.
