The Applicant complained that the length of the proceedings was incompatible with the reasonable time requirement laid down in Article 6(1) of the Convention.The Court found that there had been a violation of Article 6(1) of the convention and awarded €12,000 damages to the applicant, comprising €8,500 damages to the applicant and €3,500 costs and expenses. The Court dismissed the remainder of the applicants claim for just satisfaction.
