812. Deputy Jim O'Callaghan asked the Minister for Justice the number of persons arrested and charged with money laundering offences in 2020 and to date in 2021, in tabular form; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [16846/21]
Minister for Justice (Deputy Helen McEntee): I wish to inform the Deputy that I have been advised by an Garda Síochána that, following a search of the PULSE database, the total count of unique charges and summonses whereby the associated legislative act was the Criminal Justice (Money Laundering & Terrorist Financing) Act 2010 is as follows:
